Shipping & Returns


By ordering from this website, you agree to the following terms:

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specifically stated – typically the next business day after the order has been completed and packed.  Tracking information is available for most orders on request.

Local Pickup is only available to select customers with whom I have a specific delivery arrangement.  If in doubt, select Flat Rate Shipping or contact me via email.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided upon checkout or invoice without exception.  We are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address – please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing an order.

International shipping rates apply for all international orders.  The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur.

All flies and assortments are tied to order, and returns or refunds are not available.  If you are unhappy with flies that you have received, please contact me to discuss.

If an item is received damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact me immediately.

Contact for damaged, incorrectly shipped, or unsatisfactory items must occur within seven (7) days of delivery.  After seven days, orders are considered final and no returns or exchanges will be given.
